The Decatur Morgan Hospital Foundation was established in 1983 to develop relationships and promote philanthropic support for Decatur Morgan Hospital. The Foundation has provided funding for state-of-the-art technology, facility improvements, employee scholarships, and much-needed healthcare services.

The Foundation is a 501c3 corporation and receives no tax support from the city or the county. All gifts are tax-deductible and may be designated for specific departments or services or left unrestricted and used where the need is greatest.
